Visitors must follow the instructions of the Organisers for their smooth circulation inside exhibition area.

Visitors shall not do or permit anything which causes a nuisance, disturbance or damage to any other person or facility/exhibit or, in the opinion of the Organisers, does not conform with the general standards of the exhibition.

Contamination and environmental damage/pollution is forbidden throughout the Exhibition Center.

Vehicles, trailers, containers, storage tanks and empty containers parked or standing illegally, as well as waste products of all kinds, will be removed at the cost and risk of those who have caused them.

It is expressly prohibited for Visitors to record images in any form while attending the Exhibition without the prior written consent of the Organisers. Such prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the taking of photographs, video or digital recording of any type and drawing or sketching of images. Visitors agree to surrender to the Organisers on demand any material in whatever media on which images may be recorded in violation of this rule, including but not limited to film, video tapes, sketchbooks, camera phones and digital storage devices.

Visitors shall not do, or permit anything to be done, which shall cause a disturbance, nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, damage or danger to any person or thing or which in the opinion of the Organisers does not conform with the general standards of the Exhibition or amounts to a breach of these rules and regulations or applicable laws and regulations generally applying.

Visitors may not bring any camera, video recorder or recording equipment of any kind into the Exhibition without the prior written consent of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to search the belongings of any visitor at any time

The Organisers shall not be liable to any Visitor for any loss of or damage to any of his or her property occurring (from whatever cause) in or about the Exhibition Centre nor for the death of or any injury sustained by any Visitor whilst on or leaving the Exhibition Centre.

Visitor agrees that the Organisers shall not incur any liability to him or her: − for any products displayed by any exhibitor at the Exhibition − for exhibiting companies’ solvency, in case that trade agreements are made during the Exhibition.

Each Visitor agrees to indemnify and hold the Organisers harmless, on demand, against all claims, liabilities, losses, suits, proceedings, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including legal fees) and charges of any kind howsoever incurred by or on behalf of or made against the Organisers, its employees, agents and contractors arising out of any infringement or other claim relating to or arising out of the unauthorised taking of any images by that Visitor.

Visitor agrees that the Organisers shall not incur any liability to him or her for any error or omission in any information relating to any exhibitor or its products in the Exhibition's official directory or in any other promotional or other printed materials or information provided by the Organisers or that exhibitor.

Visitors shall respect public order within the territory of the exhibition centre where the Event is held, as well as within the adjacent territory, and shall comply with lawful instructions of the Organizer and exhibition centre administration.

To bring any fire, gas spray and cold arms into the premises where the Event is held

To bring any high explosive and inflammable materials, any kind of pyrotechnics, as well as toxic, poisonous and caustic substances into the premises where the Event is held

To bring and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances within the premises where the Event is held, as well as to attend the Event being intoxicated by alcohol, drugs or toxic substances

Visitors shall comply with all relevant indications and provided signs in Exhibition Center in case of emergency. Safety plan is available here

Entrance checks may be conducted and examination of the contents of bags, containers, clothing (such as coats and jackets) may be requested. Security staff or stewards may confiscate objects which could represent a danger to the event, the building or participants; any Visitor refusing to allow such confiscation will be excluded from the event and removed from the Exhibition Center

It is not permitted to bring the following onto the premises: − Weapons or other dangerous objects, as well as objects which could cause injury to people, − Explosives, petrol, gas, or other inflammable materials, − Alcohol and drugs, − Racist, xenophobic and radical propaganda materials, − Animals (except as announced), − Bikes, scooters, skateboards and similar moveable equipment or drones.
